Moving at the Pace of Breath: Therapeutic Flow + Yin Yoga - Expect uncomplicated therapeutic yoga flows for people who want to start the day with breath-led movement, paired with longer-held yin postures to support joints, circulation, and a steadier nervous system.


You’ll move slowly, pause often, and leave feeling grounded rather than drained.

This class meets in person and is available by video (7 day access), so you can join live or practice later - whatever works best for your week.

Every session is recorded. Replays arrive in your inbox and stay available for 7 days - great for snow days, sleep-in days, or ‘my body said not today’ days.

Accessibility + What to Bring

  • ADA entrance

  • Restrooms on same floor

  • Hearing aid users welcome up front

  • This class includes both floor-based and standing work, and is best suited for those who feel steady transitioning between the two.

  • Bring a mat + 1 blanket or large towel (chairs are provided)

  • If you experience difficulty regulating body temperature, we recommend dressing in layers for comfort

  • Verbal cues only
