Join Therapeutic Yoga Educator, Jona Ellis, for this term practice designed for active adults to support your active lifestyle with greater comfort, clarity, and confidence.
Through guided practices focused on mobility, balance, and meditation, you’ll explore how to move with more ease, improve stability, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
This term practice is a thoughtful blend of therapeutic stretching and mindfulness, ideal for active adults who want to stay mobile, grounded, and in tune — without pushing through strain.
You will need the physical mobility necessary to move comfortably from standing to floor level. Please bring your own yoga mat, a yoga strap or long scarf, and a blanket or large beach towel for each practice.
Available in-person or replay—If you’re unable to attend a class, no problem—the class recording will be provided afterward, ensuring you won’t miss any of the weekly home practice.
