Private Yoga Instruction

1:1 Yoga + Breath Work

*Currently at capacity and not accepting new clients.

Private sessions with me are less about perfect poses and more about practical support—meeting you exactly where you are. Each session blends movement, breath, and nervous system care, rooted in tradition, informed by science, and shaped by real life (because real life doesn’t happen on a yoga mat).

Sessions are personalized, accessible, and sustainable—designed to support aging bodies, illness or injury, and the everyday ache of being human.

  • 60–75 min In-person Home Session: $150

  • 60–75 min In-person Cancer Care Session: Sliding scale

Ongoing clients also receive complimentary access to my video library of 300+ classes, so practice can travel with you between sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full. If I ever need to cancel within 24 hours, your next session is on me.
