Meditation In Motion
Mediation is a part of how you move in your body and your life. We don't only have to meditate by sitting down with our eyes closed in total stillness, we can bring meditation with us into our body through the way we pay attention, move, and breathe.
6 January - 24 February, Monday’s ~ 5:30p - 6:30p: 8 Week Meditation in Motion Series - Refresh and regenerate with this slow movement series that blends yoga therapeutics and qi-gong for stress relief and focus enhancement. You will walk away from each session with mindfulness practices and meditations to use throughout your week. You will need the physical mobility necessary to move comfortably from standing to floor level. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or large beach towel for each practice.
Available in-person or on-demand. If you’re unable to attend a class, no problem—the class recording will be provided afterward, ensuring you won’t miss any of the weekly meditation prompts.

Investment: $80 per person (minimum of 8 participants required). If fewer than 8 participants are registered by 20 December, all payments received will be refunded.
