This unique Lenten mindful movement series is an opportunity to clear the physical, mental, and emotional spaces that may feel cluttered or heavy. Through yoga therapeutics, restorative yoga poses, and mindful breathwork, you’ll create room within yourself for what truly matters—renewal, gratitude, and a sense of inner peace.

As you move and breathe, you’ll cultivate an awareness of the spaces in your body and heart that are ready to open. Lent reminds us that when we release what no longer serves us, we create space for deeper connection, joy, and gratitude. This practice invites you to honor your journey, finding strength in the quiet openings and gentle transformations within.

You will need the physical mobility necessary to move comfortably from standing to floor level. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or large beach towel for each practice.

Available in-person or on-demand. If you’re unable to attend a class, no problem—the class recording will be provided afterward, ensuring you won’t miss any of the weekly meditation prompts.
