Each week, we’ll explore breath, strength, balance, and mobility through the eyes of a beginner—with the life experience of someone who knows shortcuts don’t work.

No prerequisites. Just space to move, breathe, and notice what’s happening in that wise, aging body of yours.

Please Note:

The studio entrance has steps, there is an ADA entrance.

Restrooms are on the same floor as the studio.

If you are a hearing aid user and would like to reserve a mat closer to Jona, get in touch.

This practice series requires the ability to move from the floor to standing.

You will need to bring your own mat, and 1 blanket or beach towel.

I will not be touching your body, all cues are verbal.
