*Virtual* Meditation In Motion: Aging Bodies - Begins 20 Sept.
Over six weeks, on Zoom, we’ll explore what the science actually says about aging well (spoiler: it has less to do with flexibility and more to do with noticing). There will be movement, yes—but the kind that respects joints.
Each week focuses on a real, useful theme:
The body’s internal GPS (that sometimes forgets where it parked)
Fascia: the clingy friend you didn’t know you had
The surprising benefits of sighing dramatically
And of course, balance. In every sense of the word.
We'll breathe. We'll move. We'll unlearn the idea that slowing down is the same as giving up.
Details:
🌀 Virtual Meditation in Motion: Breathing Room for Aging Bodies
🗓 Each Saturday Beginning 20 September - 25 October
⏰ Live Zoom Classes - 8a - 9a (EST)
💻 Can’t make it live? Recordings included. * 7 day access to recordings
🎟 $60
Note: This series involves transitions from floor to standing. A chair or props can help, but being able to get up and down safely is a must.
If you’re ready to rewire your relationship with your body—with fewer poses and more pauses—this is a good place to start.
