Yin + Therapeutic Movement

This class combines the quiet depth of yin with gentle, therapeutic movement to support joints, fascia, and overall mobility. Longer yin holds offer time for the tissues to release, while simple, purposeful movements help the body re-pattern and restore balance. It’s not about effort—it’s about giving your body what it needs to feel supported, open, and at ease. You will need 2 blocks, 1 blanket, + 1 chair for this practice.
